Process of implementation
Our team undertook a full turnkey approach at the Shebelynka Gas Processing Plant. The project began with feasibility studies and front-end engineering design, focusing on ensuring the hydrotreating unit could operate under strict environmental standards. Next, we sourced critical mechanical and electrical components from trusted suppliers, while our construction crews handled on-site civil works and installation. During commissioning, we integrated advanced automation and control systems (SCADA/PLC) to optimize operational parameters and maintain real-time data monitoring. Finally, our specialists conducted thorough testing, calibration, and operator training to guarantee seamless handover.
Overcoming challenges
A key challenge involved adhering to stringent emission regulations for diesel products. Our engineering team had to ensure the unit achieved the necessary sulfur-content targets without compromising throughput. Additionally, tight project timelines demanded efficient resource planning and scheduling to avoid plant downtime.
